Tara Creech is a licensed Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who received her Masters in Medical Sciences upon graduating from Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton, CA. She also received a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Nutritional Sciences from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to changing career paths, Tara worked as a Registered Dietitian servicing acute-rehab and long term care facilities throughout Orange County. Tara moved to Flagstaff in June 2022 with her husband and 2 children in order to be closer to family and nature. She is passionate about providing comprehensive patient care that is respectful of patients preferences, needs and values.
